Groundcare Sales Specialist

Location: Halford, Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire (CV36 4HT)

Hunts Engineering Ltd is a family-run agricultural and groundcare machinery dealer supplying new and used equipment, servicing, and parts across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

We are authorised dealers for leading brands including Kubota, Baroness, Redexim, Lemken, Husqvarna, Honda and Suzuki.

The Role

Based at our depot in Shipston-on-Stour, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with groundcare customers across your territory.

From initial enquiry through to delivery, you will provide a professional and supportive customer experience, ensuring clients receive the right machinery and service for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers within your territory
• Promote and demonstrate machinery and services effectively
• Carry out on-site product demonstrations
• Provide quotations and product advice tailored to customer requirements
• Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training
• Work closely with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Deliver and install machinery, ensuring full handover and customer satisfaction
• Attend trade shows and industry events throughout the year

About You

• Experience within the groundcare industry
• Proven sales experience with a track record of success
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
